个人简介

博士, 美国休斯敦德州大学安德生癌症中心,癌生物学博士学位。在该研究中心多年从事癌生物学的基础研究工作。先后在 “Cancer Cell”, “Nature Cell Biology”,等杂志发表过多篇论文。

邓炯博士来本实验室后,将建立肺癌课题组,引进肺癌科研体系,从事肺癌的基础与应用性科研工作。GPRC5A是新发现的肺癌抑制基因。Gprc5a-敲除小鼠会产生自发性肺癌。基于这个肺癌模型体系,肺癌课题组将对肺癌产生的关键性问题,如信号传导途径,肺癌始祖细胞,肺癌与免疫系统关系,以及肺癌防治和早期诊断等方面,进行研究。力争做出重要肺癌科研成果,发表高质量论文,引进国家自然科学基金,培养优秀科研人才。
