个人简介

博士,现任上海交通大学医学院细胞分化与凋亡教育部重点实验室研究员、课题组长。2002年毕业于北京大学药理系,获理学学位,北京大学优秀毕业生。2007年于中国科学院上海药物研究所获得博士学位,上海市优秀博士毕业生。2007年至2009年在University of Michigan肿瘤中心做博士后研究,从事针对Dopamine3和MDM2靶标的药物开发。曾获Roche Chemistry Creative Award,中国科学院“院长特别奖”和全国百篇优秀博士论文。作为主要成员及主要学术骨干参加过自然科学基金、863及973项目研究。
      主要从事计算生物学、药物设计及化学生物学领域,致力于计算生物学、计算化学和生物信息学新算法发展, 重要疾病靶标作用机制及通路研究和相关药物的开发,取得了系统和创新的成果。他发展了一系列药物设计和计算生物学方法,包括:基于靶标结构的药物设计、组合集中库设计、从头药物设计等多种新方法;活性小分子和结合蛋白质相互作用的新评价系统;蛋白质相互作用有效亚结构提取、基因组水平预测蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络和潜在蛋白质结合对象的理论方法等,这些方法受到了国际同行关注;与他人合作应用药物设计方法,结合化学合成和药理筛选,针对10余个重要药物靶标进行了系统性的药物设计研究,发现活性化合物100余个,其中针对Dopamine3的化合物即将进入临床前研究,针对MDM2的化合物已经进入临床I期研究;与他人合作利用活性小分子为探针,结合计算生物学和结构生物学,发现新型药物作用靶标和相关药理作用;在超级计算机上对10余种重要受体蛋白质的药理功能进行了分子动力学模拟研究,特别是在蛋白质大规模构象变化与生物功能的关系研究方面,做出了高水平的工作。
      他以第一作者身份在PNAS、JACS、JBC、JCC、Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett、Bioorg. Med. Chem.等国际刊物上发表研究论文10余篇;参加翻译J. Licinio和M.-L. Wong主编的《药物基因组学》;申请专利4项;多次在国内和国际学术会议作邀请报告。
