个人简介
余韵,女,副研究员。
1998年7月获上海第二医科大学医学检验学士学位。2004-2009年攻读陈国强教授的在职硕博连读研究生,并获得博士学位。在过去十年中,先后从事氧化砷诱导白血病细胞凋亡的机制研究,并开展利用二维电泳和蛋白质芯片技术识别肿瘤标志物的研究工作,取得初步进展。期间,作为第一作者在《Oncology》发表的有关肿瘤标志物的研究论文在发表后3年内被他人引用达38次。2006年作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学青年基金《新喜树碱衍生物诱导白血病细胞凋亡的体内外研究》一项,期间围绕该课题应用蛋白质组学技术开展新型小分子化合物诱导AML细胞凋亡的信号分子网络调控机制研究,相关研究成果在《Journal of proteome research》发表。并在此基础上,就新发现的细胞凋亡信号相关分子进行深入的功能研究,这些原创性工作可能为研究细胞凋亡的分子机制提供新的线索。目前,以第一作者或并列第一作者发表论文3篇,参与发表论文13篇。
