个人简介
      王立顺,男,博士,副研究员,细胞分化与凋亡重点教育部实验室蛋白质组学课题组组长,研究生导师。
      2000年在白求恩医科大学获得硕士学位,2003年在吉林大学获得博士学位。期间,2001年7月-2003年12在中国科学院北京基因组研究所蛋白质组学研究中心工作,参与人类重大疾病及动植物的蛋白质组学研究,2003年作为研究集体主要完成者之一获得2003年度中国科学院杰出科技成就奖。2004年3月作为重要学术骨干加盟上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院,在陈国强教授领衔的国家重点学科“病理生理学”研究团队和“细胞分化与凋亡教育部重点实验室”工作,建设蛋白质组学平台,开展疾病蛋白质组学研究。2007年,获得上海市科技启明星称号。
      近年来承担了一系列国家级科研课题。作为课题负责人,2005年获得国家自然基金1项,2006年获得国家863专题课题1项,并以主要申请人参与了国家973重大专项和中科院知识创新工程等多项课题。致力于疾病蛋白质组学研究,在过去5年中,在proteomics, J Proteome Res等影响因子5以上的蛋白质组学专业杂志发表文章7篇,在其它SCI收录的杂志参与发表论文10余篇。
